This website is designed to give interested parties access to decisions issued by The Public Review Board (PRB) that was established pursuant to Article 32, §1, of the Constitution of the International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America, (UAW). The PRB, jointly with the Convention Appeals Committee (CAC), acts as final appellate authority under the internal remedial procedures provided by the Constitution. In addition, it is the exclusive appellate authority for claims of violations of the UAW Ethical Practices Codes.

Decisions on this website are listed in numerical order. The PRB maintains a Digest and Index of published decisions, which lists the name and case number of the published decisions. The Digest also contains a brief synopsis of the issues decided by the PRB sorted by categories that are outlined in the Table of Contents. Local Unions of the UAW may have a copy of the Public Review Board’s Digest and Index available for members to consult.

Presently, Case Numbers 1 through 1400 have been digested. For decisions later than Case Number 1400, consult the PRB’s Annual Report for the year in which the case was decided.
